12mm natural stone should only be installed on a concrete substate. 30mm stone is best for a road base application.
12mm and 15mm are tile thicknesses, whereas 30mm is a paver and suitable for different types of applications.
No we do not recommend tilers, however you can refer to www.tfo.com.au/tilers/ as a starting point. It is the customers responsibility to ensure their tiler has a current tiling license and meets your requirements.
No, we do not cut tiles, this is done onsite by your tiler.
