Tile Factory Outlet Pty Ltd (the “Supplier”) acknowledges that its customer (“You”) may elect to collect your purchased goods from the Supplier’s warehouse. Whilst the Supplier’s representatives will endeavour to best assist You, the Supplier will not be liable in any way whatsoever for any damage that may be caused as a result of (but not limited to) excessive weight of the goods, improper weight distribution of the goods and goods that are not stored correctly for transport.

You accept all risks and responsibility for losses, damages, costs and other consequences resulting directly or indirectly from the collection and transportation of the goods.

To the extent permitted by law, the Supplier excludes all liability to any person or organisation arising directly or indirectly from any action by You from the collection and the transportation of goods.

Storage Terms: Tile Factory Outlet Pty Ltd extends the courtesy of storing your order free of charge for up to 4 weeks. However due to limited space, storage charges will apply after one calendar month from invoice date; $50 per pallet per week will be charged and payable prior to the release of your order.

Terms and Conditions of Sale: As stated on the Buyer’s Registration Form: Tile Factory Outlet Pty Ltd does not accept “change of mind” refunds or exchanges once invoiced. All stock must be checked and signed for prior to leaving the premises. The dimensions of tiles are nominal dimensions only. All tiles are fired at high temperatures and different production batches may have small size variations which may differ from the descriptive size. All size variations are within Australian Standards. It is the customer and tiler’s responsibility to fully inspect the goods appropriate to the type, quantity, size, quality, aesthetics and appearance, shade, colour, layout pattern, suitability for purpose and any other characteristics of the goods prior to installation, as NO Claims will be considered after installation.
