This product is designed to resemble wood.

Therefore, colour variation is characteristic of this product.

Note for the Tiler: Laying longer tiles can be tricky.

To avoid possible lipping issues, we recommend laying on no more than a 80/20 percent ratio (i.e. on a 900mm long tile, the adjacent parallel tiles can begin up to 180mm from either end).

The manufacturer never recommends laying them in a true brick pattern.

Hi, Please can you advise if there is enough friction on the tile to work in the bathroom? I’m worried about slips

Hi there, thanks for your enquiry. These tiles have an R10 slip rating. However, matt finish tiles and all porcelain timber look tiles we carry are suitable for bathroom floors.

Hi there, thanks for your enquiry. It is not necessary lay anti slip tiles in a bathroom, in fact, many people opt out of laying anti slip tiles as they are harder to clean due to their rough surface. 3mm grout joints are recommended for this product with or without underfloor heating.

Is there any issues re boeing or curves tiles. Ive had friends purchase tiles and they have had issues. Is there any guarantee if there are some and can these be laid outside?

Hi there. Being long tiles, there is a possibility of some bowing and curving. However, this shouldn’t be an issue as the manufacturer recommends laying these tiles on no more than a 80/20 percent ratio (i.e. on a 900mm long tile, the adjacent parallel tiles can begin up to 180mm from either end). We recommend using a tradesperson who is experienced in laying timber look tiles. Also a levelling system should be used by the tiler. These tiles can be laid in an undercover outside area.
