Is this tile suitable to lay as shown in your photograph in an apartment open plan living area? Also how often does it need to be sealed? Can the home owner apply the sealer? Would it look good if layed coming off a natures stone looking polished porcelain tile in the kitchen area??

Hi, thank you for the inquiry. You can definitely use this product in your living area. It’s up to you to decide whether to fill or keep them unfilled. We recommend using an impregnating sealant (water based) which lasts for many years before having to apply another coat. The process is easy enough, I’m sure you can do it. I’m sure they’d look good with your polished porcelain tiles, but you can bring in a piece of your tile to check the colour against it.
