So . . .  What do YOU think of TFO?

Tile Factory Outlet is one of the cleanest shop online sites I have seen in a while. The fact “Let the prices speak for themselves” is what strikes you right away when you enter Tile Factory Outlet website.

They have over 50 thousand square meters available for pickup right away (you’ll have to drive to 107 Warren Rd Smithfield NSW 2164).When I went they had$8m2 for the 250×400 mmm ceramic walls tiles, or the 600×600 polished porcelain for just $10 per square meter.

So my recommendation is that it is worth a 30 minute drive in order to save thousands and check out their beauty full show room that’s well organized too, not to mention you get to see, and feel first-hand the quality and colours of the tiles. Also, you won’t have trouble with the transport of the tiles since they have third party transport companies that I’m glad to recommend Tony to you.

I have been trying to obtain some obsolete tiles and when I contacted Len Franco from Tile Factory Outlet he couldn’t help me… but put me in contact with two outlets that might be able to help with discontinued tiles. You don’t find that kind of help often in business! Thanks Len!

Just purchased stackstone tiles from your store. Very happy with price, more than half the price of other stackstone tiles looked at from any other store. Great range, great design setup in store. Good service from salespeople, from girls at the front when paying for tiles to stock guy helping put tiles in back of car. Would recommend this store to anyone who wants a great deal with great service to go with it.

Hi I live in ballarat Victoria and can’t find tiles anywhere near your prices. What I’d like to know is if you post to other states or is it just pick up. Thanks for your response.

Hi Rebecca, while we don’t deliver interstate, we have many customers in Victoria who buy samples at our online store and then place their orders with us over the phone. We have a list of couriers who can deliver for you at our website or alternatively give us a call for more information.

How come your travertine pavers are so much cheaper than other retail outlets?
Are they seconds or inferior quality?

The Guys at TFO April 19, 2012 at 2:07 am

Hi Kris,
All of our travertine and all of our tiles for that matter, are first quality. They are all new. We import all of our travertine from Turkey and have special relationships with some of the biggest producers of travertine in Turkey. Another reason, is that we don’t have a lot of overheads like fancy display or a fancy showroom. What you see is what you get. Aside from this we concentrate on a higher volume of sales rather than higher margins per sale. We find that this business model has worked across the full range of tiles that we stock and sell. TFO sell’s over 14,000m2 of tiles per week and stock over 60,000m2 of tiles in our warehouse that is ready for immediate pick up. That’s how we can keep our prices down. Hope this helps.
Regards,
TFO

why is the $32.00 travertine filled in with cement i thought i was paying for stone

The Guys at TFO April 12, 2012 at 9:41 pm

Good question! Travertine naturally has holes. You can buy travertine ‘filled’ or ‘unfilled’. Filled travertine has the holes filled with cement. If you don’t want the holes filled in you can go for the ‘unfilled’ travertine. TFO sells both.

I haven’t bought anything from your store yet, but I’m pretty sure I will. I want to buy something for my kitchen. However I’m waiting holidays to pass. After that I will search your online store to choose what I like, because you seem a highly reputable company.

The price I paid for my stone tiles was half that of several tile shops and I was concerned about the quality of the tile.

However out of the 28 sqm of tiles I purchased, there was not one faulty or defectove tile. This is incredible for a natural stone.

I will highly recomend you guys.

Thanks you,
Matt Cecchin
